1       Commercial 12" thin & crispy or thick
         (pizza crust)
1       Cup Brignola Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
         (for spicier add 2 tsp oregano)
2       Italian Sausages (skins removed,
         sliced and browned)
2       Yellow and Red peppers
         (skinned,with stems, seeds and ribs
         removed) cut into long strips about
         3/8" wide, or purchase jar of prepared
         yellow and red peppers
11/2  Cup ( 6 ounces) shredded Mozzarella
        cheese
2      Tbs grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1      Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil to dizzle
        over the top of finished pizza
Prepare pizza crust per package directions (we spread about 2 tsp of olive oil over crust before adding sauce).  Top crust with Arrabbiata sauce, leaving ~¼" border.  Top sauce with peppers.  Sprinkle peppers evenly with mozzarella and parmesan.  Arrange sausage slices in an even layer on top of cheese.  Preheat oven at 500°.  Bake pizza at 500° on middle rack for about 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese melts (all ovens are different - check doneness till you find your pizza time and temperature).
